ecocentres are reception centres where the collection of waste is done in large quantities. after scheduling, it collects the materials to be valued and other components that may or may not be used.

you may schedule the collection of waste from gardening, green leaves, fresh grass and small branches with the municipal services or deposit them in an ecocentre in Guimarães.
before scheduling the collection
it may not be possible to collect branches over one metre long. trunks with a diameter over 20 centimetres cannot be over half a metre long. you should tie branches in bundles and put leftover lawn clippings in bags. the municipality does not carry out collections in private properties. the collection point must be designated by the services.
